I founded Pathway Guidance in 2000. Since then I offered my services across Europe in two different modes:

  • in individual consulting and/or coaching relationships, or
  • as part of several European consulting partnerships and networks.

My consulting approach enabled clients to integrate their business, technology and human needs based on a holistic perspective as the basis for appropriate business decisions and actions.

In 2012 the name changed to pathways & guidance more closely reflecting the essence of my approach - helping individuals and groups to find their paths towards authentic being in this world

 

 

    
 

Certifications related to my work include:

  • Certified integral coach (New Ventures West, San Francisco, USA) and a member of the International Coach Federation
  • Certified TeamSpirit™ Facilitator

All services are offered in the German or English language, depending on clients' needs.

  

My past business experience before 2000 spans thirty years in Information Technology, Strategy, Marketing and Organisational Development.

  

Half of that time I worked in the United States of America (15 years), Europe and Asia. During that time I had the privilege to hold professional and executive positions at various international companies such as IBM and SDRC.
