Balance

 

Balance emerges from change

We seek balance and stability in our organisations, processes, technologies, relationships and personal life - but it is a fact that this is also constantly changing. The dichotomies are multifold and include for example:

  • Appropriateness of leading and following
  • Integration of mind, heart and will
  • Understanding order and "chaos” as part of the same (creative) process
  • Acting with a deep understanding of the "I and thou” (Buber) principle

The development of an ability to sense the natural flow of events and to find a close fit of understanding and actions with the internal/external reality is therefore a prerequisite for finding sustainable balance.

 

     
 

Balance here stands for the ability to find and walk a path which enables the client to maintain authentic identity while still be able to change according to internal and external requirements.
