You are invited to the 6th international Pathway Guidance- Europe retreat on personal and professional development. Within the framework of the 2010 theme "Leaving the trodden path - creative possibilities for dealing with conflict" you will have the opportunity to explore, e.g.:

  • Sources of conflict
  • Different structures and types of conflict
  • The relationship of conflict and ways of thinking
  • The potential of conflict for creativity
  • Structuring conversations for conflict resolution

   

Uwe Weissflog, Pathway Guidance - Europe has organized this international retreat since 2004. In 2010 the event is made possible in cooperation with Prof. Herbert Pietschmann, physicist and philosopher.

       
 

Some background information

Since 2004 participants came from different walks of life, including CEOs, CIOs, scientists, artists, researchers, educators, students, business professionals and consultants. They came from various European countries including Austria, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland - representing global companies, small enterprises, individual businesses or simply themselves. What brought them together was curiosity in the unfamiliar and courage to enter uncharted territory – their own and that of their businesses.

Each year invited speakers share their views and ideas related to to topic of the retreat. Since 2004 contributions came from politicians, scientists, researchers and artists.
