Pathway Guidance - Europe Retreats focus on reflection, exploration and creation of new perspectives - individually and in groups. Rather than prescribing specific solutions, questions stand in the foreground - answers are being developed in mutual dialogue or may come out of individual insight. Real life situations of the participants, whether in business or private life provide the background for the conversations. In this context you benefit from participating because the retreat:
- Gives you time to think
- ... about many aspects of business and private life challenges in different ways based on the theme, the diversity of participants and the innovative workshop design
- Provides a calm space
- ... in an increasingly hectic and complex life and enables open conversations around a topic you care about based on personal experience and because of a trustworthy and safe environment
- Revitalizes, energizes and inspires
- ... to have new ideas because participants come from all walks of life and different cultures using a creative approach to conversations
- Enables authentic appreciation and joy
- ...because of the retreat's human-centric focus
- Engages your creative and adventurous side
- ... because, depending on local possibilities, includes music, art and outdoor activities
- Creates results
- ... you can use after the retreat because conversations and results are co-created among participants guided by an experienced facilitator
In addition you enjoy the calm and peace of unusual places in Europe. Since 2004, Pathway Guidance - Europe retreats and events took place in Kalvi Castle, Estonia (2004), Viinistu Art Museum, Estonia (2005, 2006), and Bigorio (2007, 2008). Location for 2010 is again Monastery Bigorio in Switzerland (in the mountains above Lugano). |
